From the moment you begin using your wallet or bag, the leather starts to develop a character entirely its own. Changes in colour, a softening of the surface and the marks left by everyday use all become part of its story.

This natural ageing process is known as patina, and it's one of the qualities we love most about working with traditional vegetable-tanned leather.

No two pieces will age in quite the same way. Each develops its own character, shaped by the person who carries it and the journeys it takes.
