Limited Lifetime guarantee

Thank you so much for your purchase and for supporting a small business, it really does mean a lot to us. We believe in the high quality of our products and want them to last you a lifetime.

We appreciate though that sometimes not everything goes as planned, we will therefore repair or replace any product found to be defective upon thorough inspection.  If we can fix your product we will do so, if not we will replace it with a similar product to the original purchase or provide shop credit.  

We do however need to see the original proof of purchase from the original owner, please provide the order number and email address. Please email first to discuss, details are on our contact page, please do not send the product straight back.

We do not though cover the cost of shipment, freight, custom fees or duties to ship the product.

The above does not cover the natural changing of the leather (patina), as described on this website under vegetable tanned leather blog, or neglect or misuse of the product, such as damage from daily use, it going for a spin in the washing machine, taking it for a swim, dropping it in a puddle, leaving it on the beach etc. etc.
