Most things are custom made, they are made to order. Depending on the amount of orders that come through, wait times for an item can take 1-2weeks until they are shipped. After the item is made it is then usually shipped within 2 days of completion. 

Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.

Delivery is through the Royal Mail and everything is sent Tracked and signed for. We will issue the tracking number to you once sent. 

Unfortunately at this time we only offer shipping within the UK. 

PAYMENT:
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards as well as Apple and Google pay. Just select your payment option when you checkout

Refunds and Exchanges:
As most of our products are made to order, all sales are final. However, if an issue does occur, please see our limited lifetime guarantee.

Since all full grain leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of full grain leather. Each item is truly unique.
